01. 30-day return window

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Pack all product parts securely for return.

02. How to request a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Obtain return authorization and instructions before sending your item.

Our return address is Mynymallux, 27 Rue Des Iris, 44980 Sainte-Luce-Sur-Loire, France. This is an international return address for U.S. customers.

03. Return shipping and fees

If you change your mind, you pay the return shipping cost to France. International return postage may be significant. There is no restocking fee.

If the return is due to our error, a damaged or defective item, or an incorrect item, we pay the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label or arrange return shipping. Contact us first for instructions.

04. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us understand what happened. The unused-condition and original-packaging requirements for ordinary change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective or incorrect item. We will review the issue with you and arrange the appropriate resolution.

05. Refunds

Refund approval normally follows receipt and inspection of the returned item. Once approved, your refund will be issued automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. If you have questions about an approved refund, contact us.
